Returns and Refunds policy 


131 FASHIONS appreciates you purchase from us. We understand that you did not  try the garment for fit, pre purchase when bought from our online store. We accept returns, provided that our conditions are met.  

Return conditions 

• We need notification within a period of 3 calendar days from the date of receipt of the purchase by you. If you receive your      order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for either monetary refund, or shop credit. If the period    of 3 days has lapsed without you contacting us for return, we can unfortunately not offer you to return the product.
• Product must be in its original packaging, with all sales tags attached.  
• Product must be unused and not altered in any way
• Product must not be damaged 
• We will not offer a refund, exchange or online store credit if:  
• At the time of purchase, you were made aware of damage or defect in the item
• Proof of purchase:  You will receive a purchase receipt with your order. To complete your refund, we will require this receipt.    Please note that without this, we will not issue a refund. 
• Your garment must reach us within 14 days of receipt
  Please note that we do not offer returns or store credit on items purchased with 50% discount or more, as these sale     items are clearance stock and the sale is final.

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund. 

Refunds 

We are happy to refund or exchange purchases made online or in store on full price items only. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card or payment method. We will issue any refund using the original payment method. For example, if you purchase a full priced item using an online store credit and then return it, the value of the credit will be returned to the online store credit, and any additional payment will be refunded to the original credit card.
 
Please allow 10 business days from us receiving the parcel for the return to be processed. Please note credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this. 

Store credit

We offer store credit on sale items reduced up to 49%, purchased online or in store. However, we do not offer returns or store credit on items purchased with 50% discount or more, as these sale items are clearance stock and the sale is final.  
 
 
Return shipping items 

You can send your return by mail, noting we will not accept liability for the loss/return of your shipment. We recommend using a traceable service to prevent loss. You can also return the item to our store at the address below. 

Returns can be returned to 

131 FASHIONS Rototuna Retail Centre, 44 Horsham Downs Rd, Rototuna, Hamilton, 3210.  

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs. 
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we will reject a refund.
